Adhunik Automation India understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your order or seek a refund. We are committed to providing a straightforward and customer-friendly cancellation and refund policy for our automation products.
Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 24hours of placing it, provided it has not been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at varsha@adhunikautomation.com.
Shipped Orders: Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped. In such cases, you may refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy (see below).
Eligibility: Refunds are eligible for orders that meet the criteria outlined in our Returns Policy. Please refer to that policy for more details on return eligibility.
Refund Process: Once your eligible return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 6-8 working days.
Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. It must also be returned within 5 days from the date of delivery.
Return Procedure: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at varsha@adhunikautomation.com for further instructions. You may be required to provide photos or other documentation to support your return request.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
Custom Orders: Customized or made-to-order products may have different cancellation and refund terms. Please check the product description or contact our customer service team for details.
